A joyful,  elegant country manor  celebration.

Budget:

Country Manor

Reception style:

Where possible, registrar and blessing

Ceremony:

150

Guest Numbers:

A carefully considered, classic wedding celebration in a country manor/castle or heritage style property. The Wedding day itself will be preceded by a traditional Ghanaian ceremony, ideally 2 weeks prior to the wedding day. The wedding day would open with a blessing ceremony, followed by a sophisticated canape reception leading us into a tastefully design reception for an impeccably served plated dinner service. The décor will echo the couple's personal style - clean whites, abundant candlelight, the perfect backdrop  to what will undoubtedly be an epic party.

Overview

I believe that the experience of event planning should involve almost as many enjoyable memories as the event itself, and I strive to be flexible, adaptable and creative to exceed your expectations, and make the journey from planning to partying one to remember. You will have 1-2-1 , direct and hands on support from me throughout.

I started my eponymous boutique event business in 2017 to combine my love of hosting, celebrating and working closely with people.

In this short time, I have already been named one of the top wedding planners in the world by Harper’s Bazaar. A creative mind with a professional background in retail supply chain management, I draw heavily on my skills and experience in logistics and managing supplier relationships to deliver weddings and parties that are executed seamlessly.

BESPOKE invitations, you can of course have ready made. This would cover wedding invitations, and on the day stationary (menu cards, place name cars, table plan , welcome sign if required)..

£2.5K

Wedding Stationery & Paper goods

Country style manor houses are notorious for having old style banquet style chairs, we may need to swap them out.  I'd also include some soft seating for drinks reception, makes for a great guest experience for people to ahve a seating area during a 1.5/2 hour drinks reception

£5K

Dependent on final venue choices as to what would be required for an elegant but impactful floral and styling. Lighting, staging, dancefloor etc.

£12k

An acoustic set for ceremony, band for after dinner 6-8 piece band and late night DJ for example.

£8K

Whilst you are sourcing your own, this is what I would budget for both services

£8.5k

I charge 12% of your overall budget spend, this is inclusive of VAT  and the minimum fee of £7500 applies. This will cover the traditional ceremony and wedding day projected planning time, site visits, supplier meetings throughout the planning journey as well as the trusted team of I work with. There are no additional fees as long as the wedding remains within 1  hour outside of London, should you decide to expand your radius -  we will charge mileage at 45p per mile and accommodation may be required.  I am pleased to note that as a member of the UK Association of Wedding planners, I don’t accept commissions from Venues or suppliers, anything you pay will be a true cost with no mark ups.

I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you both . I have attached my full Ts& C’s to for you to review and sign if you wish to go ahead.  I ask for a £2500 deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking so that I can secure your date and begin working with you. This will act as a non refundable retainer - it is transferable to new date within 12 months should you need to postpone. A second payment of £4000 would be due 16 weeks prior to the wedding and the balance due 2 weeks before your wedding. Thank you
